Ok so I just got ****ed over on my replacement for a redemption, just like everyone else seems to be doing.

Card being redeemed was 05-06 Trilogy Antoine Wright Signs Of Stardom Auto RC

I didn't think it was possible, but they have managed to find some cards worth even less than that to send me.

To explain the full story, I emailed them requesting an explanation of the delay on my redemption, and saying I would accept as a replacement a Travis Outlaw Auto from a comparible product. I know they have some, for example their population report says they have 16 unredeemed 04-05 SPGU Significance Autos.

I got a fairly quick response, saying my replacement would be out in six to eight weeks, and seven weeks later my redemption status changed.

Today it showed up, and here are the ****ing wonderful ****ing cards they sent me:

02-03 Hardcourt (comparible product to trilogy right there) Jamaal Tinsley Clear Commemoratives Auto
03-04 UD Legends Luol Deng Rookie Impressions RC (unnumbered, the real ones are numbered, so it's worth jack shit)

I've already emailed them, I'm not expecting a response, but if I don't I'll just pay their US HQ a visit in person when I'm there next year and get my money's worth in creating a scene. ****ing ****s.

bargey send a complaint email but be reasonable or else they wont reply.
Mike lee had a good contact he emailed at UD and got help, i suggest you do the same. Unbelievable :shock: :shock: .
 
Another heart warming customer service story from Upper Deck. I'm surprised that anyone buys their products any more.

Bad luck on that one, that is really poor form on their part.

Thats a terrible story Barge, amazing that they gave you that Deng RC and the Tinsley Auto after you pretty much told them to send you a Outlaw. Im really surprised that UD still does the Redemption thing after all the crap its caused their customers, as well as themselves...

i emailed UD Customer Services about an issue, apparently they reply to "EVERY EMAIL", but I guess that was a lie.

That's the worse bit about the Hobby these days.

As shit as they are, we all still purchase their cards, without a doubt.

Nothing's ever "authentic" these days, yet we still believe it otherwise.

They have that blanket over each and every one of us.

It's really sad they treat their customers like this.
