A 2003 xl or 2006 Invincibles Box

My Lovely wife is buying me a box of cards for valentines but as a fellow trader found i too am not sure which to get so i am also having a poll to get your opinion. i have a choice from either a 2003 Xl Box or a 2006 Invincible,s box so if you would,nt mind doing the poll for me (above) i would greatly appreciate it

Yeah 2003 for sure, jersey cards, jersey sig cards, im prettty sure the provan summons dual auto was from this year as well. plus there are the mortimer and price legend sigs as well.

I don't think there is anything to discuss, the 2003 series were a great series, I would nearly give my leftie..........lol...........to crack one of those boxes.....having said that, i call dibs on a Broncos Predictor from 2006 if u get one and it is for sale/trade, hehehee

i totally agree 2003 is the go provan/summons dual lockyer ,rickertson jersey and autos very good box thinking of one my self

As the lone 2006 voter i should explain why i would choose the Invincibles. Roughly the same price for a box the 2003 has no predictors, no parallel/Jersey cards, no inserts at a ratio of 1:2 boxes and the 2003 Future force are more hit or miss than the 2006 Top Prospects.
2003 Would be worth a gamble if it was from a guaranteed unsearched case, but more than likely this is not the case so thats when the 1:2 box inserts are handy. This and the no predictor issues make 2006 the much safer choice.

Thanks for your analysis it is quite in depth isnt it i did have that ratio problem with deciding which box to get that's why i put up the poll and although you place a good argument i have gone with the 2003 XL box, over time i have purchased about 4 boxes and out of them i have obtained some pretty good cards including a ricketson Jersey (unsigned) but someone offered me $200 for the ricketson jersey and i would have been mad not to take it so i did.

i will be doing one of those live box breaks when i get it so we all can see how it goes

with so much interest in 2003 you should see if a case share would fill $1880 Delivered would equal $156 a box not including postage. I would be in for a box

i have a mate that would get at least 2 boxes. but could some one explain to me how a case share works? does some one buy the case and then sell the boxes off or do we pre sell boxes etc

You try and fill 12 spots, state the price delivered per box then once its full, the person buying the case collects all the cash first and then pays for the case. Haha it would be almost full already if you started one up and atleast a few people on these boards would hit something nice. Get permission off admin dave and start it up
If admin says your low feedback is an issue, i wouldnt mind organising it. See what admin says first though.
