Hey guys, sorry to start another thread but i think its worth it, had 3 boxes of this stuff hopefully looking for a gold starquest or prime choice reserve, both numbered to 100 and both extremely hard to find, to put in perspective im pretty sure ive busted 50+ boxes of this stuff since 98 and ive never pulled a gold starquest and ive only pulled 2 prime choice reserve/100.

Apparently the story goes that since 98/99 was a lockout year a lot of these boxes were returned to UD and destroyed, making some of these inserts even more harder to find and no where near 100 of each in circulation, this was confirmed by a UD manager at the 2012 nationals. Anyway long story heres the hits

Holy crap!

Super rare card Brent, can't say i've ever seen the MJ prime choice reserve ever come up for sale on the bay. Photos dont do these justice, they look great in hand.

I saw the heading and thought it must either be a joke (because of the product) or you hit one of these. Awesome pull, the best thing you can possibly get out of this product. I would take that a million times over one of these new PMGs.

cheers mate,yeah ive never seen a MJ base before, ive seen a couple of the MJ subsets but never the base, beckett have never graded one either, pop0! lol, ive been following these for years as well so im very happy!

yeah could of went either way lol, ive had way way too many go the wrong way lol, id definately take this over a new pmg but im a bit biased being hard to find it in my fav product!

DANG!!! SUPERB HIT!

I'm a noobie to this product though, so I have a couple questions:
1. What does that shinny part say? Is the shinny part on the /100 different from the regular ones's shinny part?
2. Are there any differences in the /100 cards and the regular cards? (Other than the serial number, of course)

Heafy not sure what they go for, scrubs can be cheap, the better players rarely come up, I've never seen one of this base Jordan on eBay for the past few years ive been following, a subset Jordan from this set went for $335 a month or two ago

Brandon, on the from it says Prime Choice Reserve in refractor type lettering, the difference between this and the base cards are obviously the numbering and the choice reserve lettering on the front, the difference between these and the regular choice reserves (1:6) are that they are numbered and it says prime choice reserve on the front instead of just choice reserve
