98/99 Bradman Signature Cards

50 Sir Don Bradman Signature cards were rleased in the Select 1998/99 Cricket series. Majority of these 50 cards were randomly inserted in the 1998/99 Cricket retail series, there are 5 Redemption cards of these 50 were inserted in the 98/99 Cricket Hobby series.

Card Zone - Australia's trading card shop, AFL, NRL, Cricket, Soccer, Rugby

Can anyone confirm this? 5 of the 50 in the hobby boxes?

Nope, first I've heard of it mate.

As far as I knew it was a retail only release, none appeared in the hobby version.

Besides, Grant had that much mojo busting his 7 hobby boxes......if there were any Bradmans put in there he would have found one!!

grrrr......i hate cardzone if you go there for old packs its good but if your chasing 1 card its crap because everything is so................overpriced

I don't think cardzone know much about their product. Before I had seen the Shane Warne showtime card, I had called cardzone and they told me it was a Autograph card.

Yeah my mate pulled a Hird redemption their from classic worth around 600 and when he pulled it he showed them and they like forced him to trade it to them for crappy stuff like they though he was a kid that had no idea but he had a grand idea on their rareness.

but from 1 pack there 1 day i pulled Jarrad McVeigh DPS which is good

speaking to Steve on the weekend, he said he saw someone pull one out of a hobby box in front of his very eyes.

He would have no reason to make this up I wouldn't have thought, those boxes will sell regardless.
