97-98 Ultra Stars... Ever seen one like this?

I got this card in a trade a while ago and it doesn't look right (obviously). It doesn't have the "refractor" like finish like they should, but it has a line across it that is sparkly gold like I would assume the rarer gold parallels would look like. I find it kind of weird that the gold is just a random shaky line on the front and that's it. Let me know what you think.

I know it's weird. I wonder if it was supposed to be a gold one and the printing process just got screwed up haha

Never seen one like this but it does look to be a misprint of the gold version. Is it embossed or did it not get that treatment either?

Woobie- That was one thing I was thinking when I noticed it wasn't refractory. But then I noticed the gold stuff and it made me wonder if it was some kind of error.

Verse1- Yeah, it is embossed. Only thing it's missing is about 99% more gold foil haha
