3GP Converter for Ipod Video

Need Help:
I used to have a program that was free and always converted my vids and i no longer have the program because i got a new computer and didnt save the software. I am now looking at dloading a new one but i noticed all of them are like $25/$30 for the software. I dont want to pay for a converter so has anyone got me a converter that will convert my music vids, etc... to the Ipod Video format and is FREE.
if you do, it would help me out a lot

i went with Billys converter because i think its more so for the ipod.

i have PQ DVD to ipod video converter. i havent used it yet, but its supposed to be good. i had videora, but it seemed a little fussy
