WOW...

What a game!

After playing this on the original Xbox, the guys at 2K Sports have made a MASSIVE makeover with it!

Couple of things that I've found really neat:
* 24-7 Next Adds the Streetball Style back into it
* Graphics... Hmmmm.... Graphics.....
* Replays and Post-Game "Scoring Summary" Allows you to watch ANY Scoring play from the game just played!!!
* Sweat... The Players actually SWEAT!!!!
* Graphics... Hmmmm.... Graphics.....
* On the Fly plays (Subs, Timeouts, Plays, Sets, Picks, etc)
* Shoot-Stick Improved... If you're familiar with it, you'll LOVE IT, if not, you'll soon love it!
* Players style.... It says on the back of the box, that EVERY player has been motion captured to show how the players shoot, dribble, post up, etc.
And after practising with the Mavs, yep, they're spot on!!!

I totally recommend going out to Hire this, or save ya pennies and buy it!

i didn't really like 2k7 but I played NBA Live 2007 tonight and the graphics seem so much better on NBA live

I havent seen Live 07 on the 360 yet, supposed to have it on order from when I got the 360, but it hasnt arrived in yet.

Better graphics you say? WOW.... they must be good!

Play with/against the suns, and watch Marion shoot, ITS A RIOT! love it

2K7 absolutly shits on Live 07 but theirs a few points im going to bring up.
The only good thing in Live is the amazing graphics but a game has to have both good graphics and good gameplay to be a good game.
Now 2k7:
- I play vs my little brother a bit and play on Superstar in Franchise mode and i think the scoring is a little unrealistic. I guess i sorta make it unrealistic the way i play but i only do it because i CAN. Like last night i played my little bro in a 7 minute quarter game and i hit 16-30 Threes were Gilbert Arenas If you master the players shot you dont miss many.
- Another easy control is the steal, if you got your defender hassling the passer you can steal it most times, like on alot of occassions the cpu passes the ball while your hassling him and it bounces off someones back onto the floor which results in an easy steal.
Their two parts of the games that the creators and testers could of made more realistic. Apart from that though it is a very enjoyable and solid game.
Id probally give it a 7/10

You're spot on Jonno!

I've found with previous ball games, I can perfect the shot release for left-handers and hit trey's pretty spot on.

I guess it's all practise huh.

I ended up taking NBA Live back, kept 2K7 but Live went back, picked up Saints Row.

yer wise decision getting Saints Row. A very enjoyable game i like it more than GTA. Its cool when you complete a gang by killing them all off you get their crib. Their is the Vice Kings, Carnales and the Rollers.
fun game. You might like hitman and Splinter Cell too scotty they preety fun and unreal graphics..

I gave Saints Row a quick play yesty, and it's great graphics!

punched out an old man crossing the street and got a knife.

then jumped in a bulldozer and went nuts blowing cars up.

found a gang member, and beat the shit outta him, then 3 others came up, and I bet them, then a dude in a car came up shooting!

I jumped in his car and bolted!

ended up in the drink. and got shot when I got out.

Fun game so far!! lol.
