Yes, you can redeem here. Just dont scratch the tab too hard, as i found out they rip up easily and you are unable to read the code

Also, just in case you weren't aware, Topps had his on their Twitter account in regard to Big Nog redemptions:

"Due to a printing error, Ultimate Gear and Autographed Ultimate Gear redemption cards in 2010 Topps UFC for UFC heavyweight Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira were produced and inserted into packs. These should have been for his twin brother, UFC Light Heavyweight Antonio Rogerio Nogueira. All redemptions for these two cards and their parallels will be honored for Ultimate Gear and Autographed Ultimate Gear cards of Antonio Rogerio Nogueira."
