Have just returned from holidaying in the USA & Canada where I purchased and opened several boxes and packs of cards

Purchased were

Box of 08-09 Bowman Draft Picks & Stars – A HOT BOX

Box of 07-08 SP Authentic

Box of 08-09 Hot Prospects

2 Packets of 08-09 SPx

Both the Mario Chalmers and the Rudy Fernadez were in the same pack

8 Packets of 06-07 Hardcourt

(boo on the UD Black)

10 Packets of 08-09 Upper Deck

Saw an unredeemed UD Black card sell for $30 US this week...the auction suggested that it MAY be possible to get something from UD for it...not sure I believe that, but even selling it for $30 would be pretty sweet! Looks like a nice bunch of cards, I couldn't resist having a big break when I was last in the states (I hope the dollar recovers before I get back there!)

Not to sure, was thinking that an email to Upper Deck may be the way to go. They must surely have some surplus UD Black cards in their stock pile of cards

For me the dollar was not a major factor. As soon as the wife spent big on clothes I told her I was going to buy some cards. She still managed to outspend me.
