Hi guys
After a long 5 day horrendous trip to Disneyland, I thought it was time to vist another card store. Decided to visit one which is within the Anaheim area. At the present moment, I am on public transport so the number of card stores I can visit is somewhat limited. Again, if you happen to be in the Disneyland area, you will need to take OCTA ( Orange County Transportation Authority) bus no 46. The bus ride is about 15 min and you alight at the junction of Ball Road and Beach Boulevard.
The OC Dugout Store is situated amongst many other hobby stores including several comic and toy stores. It is definitely worthwhile spending some time there. Entering the store, besides seeing boxes of cards, this one in particular has a good range of signed and unsigned memorabilia focusing particularly in LA teams. In fact, they work very closely with many Anaheim Angels (MLB) players in providing signing sessions for fans. The thing which caught my attention is that they do work with Gary Payton!!!!!!! I have attached 2 pictures of Gary Payton's autograph with some interesting inscriptions. Try to read them if you can.

This one above reads " If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit." Gary Payton using an OJ Simpson quote.
Its owner, Brian, happens to be a new age entrepreneur, who understands the importance of embracing the Internet. He has his own store website, eBay account and Facebook of which he promotes selling cards through them very heavily. His website: www.ocsportscards.com and his eBay ID is OCSPORTSCARDS.
Due to time constraint, I have yet to bust a box yet but would definitely try to do one in my next card store visit. At the current moment, the Card God are indicating that it should be a retro brand/ non-Panini.
Moving forward, I will continue visiting more stores along my trip, question is whether the card gods are appreciating threads and would like me to report more on my pending trips to these cards stores.
Over and out. Cheers Alex
