Having problem with the perfect release on the down town jumpers???

Have a fave player who you can drain shots from anywhere in the half court?

Why not try this....

When in a Season/Franchise/etc, go into your roster, click on the player, and Edit Player.

Go down to the shooting techniques.

Change their style to suit one you can shoot well with.

Example...
Started a Fantasy League and have Josh Howard and Raja Bell. Now Raja is close to 87 or something on 3s while J-Ho is about 79 from memory.

I can drain triples with J-Ho with my eyes closed, even in the hands of a defender, sometimes even drawing the foul while draining the shot. Don't know how many 4-point plays I've had with him.

Anyways, I changed Bell's style to be J.Howard's style, and viola!!!! The triples continue to rain.

It's not cheating, as there's no mods to the players attributes, etc.

Give it a try.

Very interesting, thanks for the tip MavsMan. I have all sorts of problems with Josh Childress's jumper as, if you have seen him play, its just damn ugly. Once I get a new controller (it got smashed), I'll give that a go.

That's a great tip man, funny if you changed all your players to the shooting style of Shawn Marion, woahh!! Seeing Kobe and Tmac heave some Matrix 3 pointers would be quite funny!

Adam Morrison is one ugly shooter in the game, try shooting with him.

Also, if you want to trade for someone you REALLY want, just use a 3 way trade, and make them give up equal players, and they'll be happy as larry.

Like, if you want Carter, and they won't trade, trade say Nash for Kidd or something similar. That'll work too.

As long as both teams are happy, and all are under salary cap.

And again, it's not cheating!!! ha ha ha
