Not only did they not trade the picks when they were most valuable but they seem intent on grinding down the confidence of the players they chose to ensure they wont be traded for anything of significance either. Kerr's strategy of leaning way into his experienced players is great and all - until they age out and his young players have been ignored the entire time. Looks like we're seeing this all come to a head.
