It is a fair point you make however to avoid double ups, can the Authentic series be discontinued?
I would have the YG signature in Traders like it was in 2013 and then have the black version or parallel variant in Elite.
I was thinking more the same player so as to limit the players used per release BUT your option has merit. Not a bad idea...... have a Young Gun/or Regular First Grader type player in Traders, and then have the star players in Elite.
The biggest problem TLA has is not all players want to sign ...There are quite a few players that are not interested in signing and can`t be forced to sign or they just want far too much to sign ....It`s not like the American sports where it is written in your contract ....Some teams don't have a star though

Two small words stand out in what you say.Want and need.As a collector we all want certain players to sign auto,s,but most times we accept what we are given.I really WANT a authentic Nathan Blacklock auto, but will never get one.I really NEED to spend less money on auto,s,that will happen. You are correct...... having done signings with some players of different sports...... some enjoy doing them, some are indifferent and to them its simply business, some hate doing them and have no interest in signing.
There is an AFL player who despite being offered insane amounts of cash, simply does not want to or need to sign and turns everything down. One NRL legend is already being lined up for 2022/23 as a signer (very expensive signer) for when some more big time awards are being handed out.
With the resurgence of cards of late, more players are interested in it and most are willing to sign but some just don't want to or need to.
Signing cards can also cause issues between player managers - see Josh Hodgson autos in Powerplay many years ago!
What's the story behind the josh hodgson? You are correct...... having done signings with some players of different sports...... some enjoy doing them, some are indifferent and to them its simply business, some hate doing them and have no interest in signing.

Thats business.Story was at the time he was wanted by TLA to sign cards, one player manager they dealt with (now de-registered) said hey ill go approach him for you...... he didnt have a manager at the time..... turns out he ended up signing with this manager....... making all of the other player managers chasing his business very annoyed with TLA for giving this manager an "inside running" to sign him.
Is it confirmed 660 cases?Re the Mojo numbering xx/46, it sounds like TLA have listened to collectors to remove the dud box issue which has hung around from when they split the Rubies.
Cases: 600 + 60 Priority = 6600 boxes
6600 / 144 = 45.8 or ~46, so 1 per box (with 24 boxes having 2 rubies)
Similarly the Sapphires are now exactly 1 per 2 boxes as advertised.
So well done to TLA for at least addressing one major gripe from recent releases.
Good point. I’m guessing 60 of them will end up in someone’s drawer. Whoever’s draw that is would be sitting in a GoldfieldIs it confirmed 660 cases?
Black Diamond Mojo - 144 cards, 5 of each card. 720 cards.
Ratio, 1 in 240 packets (Or 1 per case) - that says 720 cases.
Go the other way, 660 cases is 158,400 packets. With 720 cards that works out to be 1 in 220 packets. Either the ratios are wrong or there are more cases.
So the ratios are wrong... but theoretically better (at least for the black diamond). Would think though that considering that is a selling point, they would want to get that right...There are definitely 600 normal cases and 60 Priority cases ..The same amount of cases as previous years ....You will just have to wait and see what happens with the extras ....
The ratios are not wrong ...There will be at least 1 per case ....So the ratios are wrong... but theoretically better (at least for the black diamond). Would think though that considering that is a selling point, they would want to get that right...
Yeah fair point. The ratios are not wrong ...There will be at least 1 per case ....
Good was hoping that wasn’t the caseBlack diamond Maybe only in priority boxes ???

Good or bad surprise? There are more surprises not shown as yet ..
