I stopped watching at half time had better stuff to do on a sunny Saturday than watch the hawks win another flag a close game might have let me watch more, AFL equalization at its finest
Dont think ive ever seen so much go right for a team in a GF before. Even when the Hawks stuffed it up it still worked. On the flipside, i tipped Sydney by a far margin and nothing went right for them. They played more like Melbourne than the Swans.
Hawthorn won the hard ball time after time. Never seen the Hawks play like that before. Every body backed Sydney in, a position Hawthorn likes to be in.
Well done to Sydney for a great year, and well done to the Hawks, who won from pure guts and determination from quite a challenging year.
