I was going through my 8 year old sons Rabbitohs collection and came across these.

I asked him where he got these and he replied, 'in my membership 3 years ago'.
I don't know how these have slipped by me and my son has cards that I don't!
Does anyone else have any of these cards and are they the only ones in the set?

I don't have them but I believe there is only these 5 and they came with kids memberships as your son pointed out.

The 2012 set all the cards are miscut and different sized on height and/or width. Nice look, poorly manufactured.
