2013 Collectors CARD Fair. In Newcastle with ROBBIE O'DAVIS​

Tables are limited. ​
The hall we hire only has 15 physical long fold up tables on site. After the 15 tables are taken, people need to bring their own tables. So the first 15 people that book a table can save the hassle of bringing one.
 
I met with Nat yesterday and i am really impressed by his passion for this.

If there are any guys thinking taking a stall from Sydney he is being quite generous with prices and i urge you all to get on board. Nath has experience promoting things like this and im sure there will be plenty through the door.

Im really looking forward to putting some faces to names on the day

So if you have any particular product requirements please let me know and I will bring them on the day

We have been able to get some free common cards in packs of 5 for all primary aged kids that attend the card trade day with an adult. We are trying to introduce some young people to the hobby. The first pack of cards I got was from a corner shop for free (smart business man- I collected the whole set 1990 footy cards) .

These card trade shows are not just about trading cards and meeting other enthusiasts. They are also a great opportunity to promote the hobby to people who used to collect and get them active again and also getting young kids seeing the hobby for the first time.

I encourage you to come to the show and help us promote the hobby.

I know it is a bit of an effort but this will cause people to join and rejoin the hobby so it is worth it,

People are coming from as far as Coffs Harbour, lets all make an effort.

I will be there as a Dealer and cannot wait to see the reaction from the locals about card collecting.
Ill have heaps of Boxes sealed and plenty of packets to open ! Ill have heaps of rugby league cards from select to scanlens so come along and say hello !

Hmmm. Might have to seriously consider bringing some sealed UFC boxes to this one. Would also have a few individual cards to sell and I'd be happy to contribute LOTS of base cards to give away (especially Topps UFC Series 4).

Never been to one of these before. Maybe if one or two other UFC/MMA collectors/sellers on OzCard would be interested in setting up a table together?
 
For those of you travelling into Newcastle on the 12th of NOV.

We have purposely put the Newcastle Card Trade Day on Beaumont St because it is a great place to grab lunch. Beaumont St is a multi cultural food and coffee hub in Newcastle. As you leave the hall turn left and head into plenty of eating spots.Lots of food options.
