2013-14 pinnacle clear vision? Are they jersey cards?

I cant tell of these cards are jersey cards or not?

And what is 1st quarter, 2nd quarter etc all about?

Anyone out there able to help?

na pretty sure they arent jersey cards and from what i believe different 1/4s r harder to get ie shorter print runs.

Yea definitely not jersey cards, just like a different coloured piece of "acetate"

Yep acetate rear, each qtr is supposed to be harder to get than the one before it
