Woodsy is a top bloke, Always happy to have a chat when you catch him...
Been chattin with him for a few years, Asked about these the other week...
He told me he had done them.
Was getting him to sign some cards on Friday night, He asked if I was going to watch the Ressies on sat he would bring me one...
AND HE DID!!

It should really say "Only 300 numbered cards have been produced."
Or "300 numbered cards have been produced, along with a few with player stamped on them ... oh, and by the way, we're keeping card number one, so don't think you're getting your hands on that."
Select say 300 produced because that what is commercially released. This is normal practice for any card producer.How many promo set & cards are out there?? Just Look at Dynamic & futera to name a few. So why keep putting sh*t on Select, Don't worry you can start picking on ESP soon If that makes you happy.
The fine print is correct- we all know that they get extras cards signed in case some get damaged.How would you like it if you got a Top Prospect that had been damaged during packaging or transport & was told sorry we don't have anymore to replace it.
Check with any card producer they all have back-up stock & if not required none of them release them they just go into archive.

funny that george i got a tomane top prospect in 2009 which looked like it has been stomped on and was told there was no chance of a replacement as it was my fault haha
