Can anyone give me an idea of what this is? My missus pulled it from a pack and it is listed as a 1/1...

yes, it's a 1/1. It is a hand drawn sketch card by Matthew Minor and the character is Captain Marvel. The DC 52 boxes have one sketch card per box. All sketch cards in modern nonsport are 1/1 as each artist does several sketches (somewhere between 10 and 150 usually), but each is different.
