2011 predictor redemptions

Hi guys,
Just got the redeemed predictor/tryscorer set from 2011.
My set is numbered 128/400

Questions -
1 - does that mean i got 128th redemption so 272 still unredeemed?
2 - All my cards are no. 128 including manly prem trio SO if someone just redeemed Manly card would that have been numbered pre mine 128.?
3 - If Manly card redeemed only, do the tryscorers of that number then destroyed??
4 - What percentage do people think are full redemption or Manly only? So have idea its not 400 available full sets exist but be less than 100?

Hope this is understandable what i am trying to ask.

They don't redeem in numerical or reverse numerical order. It appears to be random.

There are only 300 in total the 400 was a misprint.
