People don't forget. I'd be on Wade if he did the same thing. The ball needs to be shared if you ain't hitting the shots. I saw Wade just standing there on plays just like Durant did with Westbrook, as he knew LeBron was going to try to save the day by taking shot after shot and not pass it to him. If it's not happening, give the ball up to somebody else. We keep on hearing about Miami being about the big three, but it seems LeBron thinks he's playing by himself in the clutch sometimes.

Lebron has been winning games with those shots all post season, try going back to the series against the Bulls and Boston, he was hitting tough, low percentage shots every time and there was nothing the D could do. He's just doing the same thing (backing himself) but they did'nt go down. Miami definately did'nt think Dallas could come back, otherwise I'm sure they would've tried something a bit more high percentage (getting to the line) they back their D to close games out, but their bad shots led to leaked points.

Ah pretty sure in Game 2 LeBron hit a stepback to ice the game, and then 2 three's, one of which he was wide open on.

Wade got the run started with two high-difficulty layups (one which he was fouled but missed the FT) and a 4 point play.

Both were EQUALLY important for the comeback, I would even argue Wade more so because he started the run. Of course that's not how the media portrayed it because they will always pump up LeBron and give him more credit than Wade.

Those shots LeBron took though he wasn't shooting with two guys on him, and his 3's weren't wild 3's with all his teammates standing and watching. I agree that he has hit big shots, and things would clearly be different if he had hit another, but in my opinion they were slightly different scenarios. In one he was mentally engaged, in the other he was trying to go for a bail out and had already switched off.

Look at his body language on defense and you can see the same thing. When Kidd hits the 3 to cut it from 9 to 6 every Heat player has a body on someone, except LeBron who is hovering at the foul line not guarding anyone. By the way, Kidd was his man. On the Dirk 3 when Haslem gets caught behind the Tyson Chandler pin-down, LeBron just stands there and watches again.

It's VERY OBVIOUS when LeBron thinks the game is over, because he stops trying. On offense he doesn't attack the rim and then on defense he barely moves.

That said, I think blame ALSO has to go Wade for deferring to LeBron in those moments. He's been here before, and as a close friend and teammate of LeBron's, it's on him to demand the ball and make LeBron realize the game isn't over. He was probably very fatigued from scoring 36 points already, but it's on him to stand up and be the leader.

Both will need to step up their game for Monday.

Jimbo as much as i like Wade and he did alot it was LeBron that won them both the series against Boston and the Bulls don't get it twisted. There is no doubt LeBron has established leadership on this Heat team (why do you think Wade let him have his way?) but i agree theres a point where Wade needs to step in and do his thing as their offence can get stagnant on occasion. LeBron needs to get to the rim more too in those situations as they are both lethal when taking it to the hoop.

Hope that loss has snapped them out of it and they get down to business in game 3, if Bron wants to lose the choker tag then this is where he needs to prove the fans wrong and come out swinging.

Some of Wades plays are incredible, im seeing some of MJ's grace in some of his plays he just looks so smooth with those drives and layups. That behind the back crossover then double pump lay in was ridiculous!
Looks like the Heat are playing to their strengths with the points in the paint and D'ing up big

Thats how he rolls, he needs to do it more often!
Heat missing a few easy shots there in the end of the 2nd, they'll need to keep up the intensity they had going at the start of the game if they want to take this one as Dallas aren't going to go easy in the 2nd half.

Gawd Van Gundy is a whinging commentator... shot clock down to 2, Lebron gets the ball off a screen and takes a 3. VG comes out saying if he'd have missed that he'd have been criticised, but if he makes it it's a good stroke. What a tool. Um, he had no choice and it was a decent shot off a screen. Never a questionable shot. Just wish he'd shut the heck up.

Miami's D is looking a lot better than Dallas' this quarter... Dallas hit the big shot then conceed quite easily. Then have to try to hit the big shot again.

Just watched the game Live on Foxtel

Good game.......Wade & Dirk were great but the result wasn't what I was hoping for!
