Hey all,
This is my first ever box break. I picked up the folder and a box so lets see how I go...
Folder pack 1 - base
Folder pack 2 - base

pack1 impact sig Elford
pack2 Diamond Phenomenon Marshall YEAH BABY what a start!
pack3 Superstar Gem Prince
pack4 base
pack5 base
pack6 base

Good start batting way above the averages. Probably should give up now as it can only get disappointing from here. Be interesting to hear if anyone has had 2 diamonds in a box

Interestingly at this stage with the packs from the box, I have only got Dragons(8) and Panthers(4) JDC's. Has anyone else noticed this in their breaks? I'll continue the break later on today.

That has happened in every box I have opened since they started putting the one card per pack inserts in.
 
Congrats on the box, Enjoy opening the fun doesnt last long.
I have had up to 4 different team jdc's in a box.

Have not encountered 2 diamonds in a box, but did find that if you got 1 diamond you would only get 1 superstar gem, But every other box would provide 2 superstar gems and no diamond.

Didnt beat any of the odds in 1 full case.
 
I've opened 4 cases.

The JDC cards always come out in order apart from 2009 Champions where they were scattered.

Haven't received 2 Diamonds in a box after opening 48 boxes.

In three of my cases a Diamond ment only one Mascot but i did have one case where the boxes with Diamonds had two mascots and the Boxes without a Diamond had only one Mascot....geez, would suck to buy a box like that.

In my box I only got 1 mascot gem and no phenomenon :cry:

Lucklily i went to the newsagents the next day and pulled a mascot gem from 1 pack.:thumbsup:

At the half way point I've already pulled a phenom, superstar gem, 2 gold gems and 3 sigs. I guess according to the stats I should pull 3 more sigs and a gold gem. Fingers crossed I can get above the odds

Well in the end I am a little surprised that I hit ABOVE the stats. I got one of the lucky boxes Digeze was talking about - 1 diamond and 2 mascots.

I also had was Razor77 was talking about - JDC's from 4 teams only. For me Souths, Roosters, Saints and Panthers

To be honest I was prob more excited to hit a gem in the 2 packs Wazza (redtorana) donated in the recent OCT comp. I think that on a larger scale you are less likely to beat the odds - like going to the casino really.

I'm not complaining as I did well. Hopefully I'll go again in the not too distant future.
