The official contracts have been handed out today and i've got to say that i'm very suprised with some inclusions and exclusions. I'm just wondering what you guys think of these inclusions and any other stuff

Here they are:

Doug Bollinger
Nathan Bracken
Stuart Clark
Michael Clarke
Callum Ferguson
Brad Haddin
Nathan Hauritz
Ben Hilfenhaus
Brad Hodge
James Hopes
Phillip Hughes
David Hussey
Mike Hussey
Mitchell Johnson
Simon Katich
Brett Lee
Graham Manou
Shaun Marsh
Andrew McDonald
Marcus North
Ricky Ponting
Peter Siddle
Andrew Symonds
Shane Watson
Cameron White

Suprise inclusions in my opinion-
Graham Manou: I thought they would of stuck with Ronchi but with a bad season in Domestic cricket cancelled himself which left a gap, the selectors did well in my opinion to fill the 2nd spot but it was a suprise.

Andrew Symonds- Unsure. Its safe to say that Symmo is gonna turn up at the team meeting this time instead of fishing!

Suprise Exclusions-
Jason Krezja and Beau Casson- well the Australians are meant to be in a spin drought and they go and drop 2 of their 3 finest spinners in the ranks at this current ime. I'm real suprised that Krezja got dropped but i'm not as suprised with Casson. Got a tonne of part timers though in Clarke, Hodge, Hopes, Dave Hussey, Katich, McDonald, North, Symonds and White. The other Huss can also bowl some half descent mediums.

Adam Voges- Great 1 day player. Got no idea what he has done to get dropped

If any one wants to add feel free.

Graham Manou is hands down the best gloveman in the country!! His glove work is better then Haddins. His batting is a bit woeful though! These days keepers need to be able to bat and thats why Haddin will always be the number 1 keeper! Manou, if given the chance, could also add pretty much instant leadership qualitys to the side aswell.

Bit perplexed about Krezja too. I thought he would have been given a chance, but considering how well Hauritz is travelling, and the part timers we have it isnt really a big surprise! Happy as a pig in... to see Ferguson in there, thought maybe Klinger had done enough to squeeze in there along with Rogers too...

No Im not a biased South Australian!!!! :P

Is Tait a surprise omission???? I can't make up my mind up on that one, if he's healthy you'd think he'll see a bit of Limited overs cricket and alot of 20/20!?

Meh..... Aussie selectors, they are on a wave link of their own!!

yeh your right mate, he is the cleanest keeper- haddin gives away way 2 many byes. I think Tait is on the road to recoverery so i think the selectors gave him space to develop as a player

He has always been a confidence player, and this will probably shatter his confidence again, hopefully he doesnt decide hes going to walk away again. Would be a real shame, hopefully it makes him more determined

It still seems to me a pretty crazy way to pay the top players some of their income. Can't think of any other sport that opperates in that way. Too bad if you are #26

Crazy that Hussey managed to stay in the top 3 tier ($750,000 + I think?) with Ponting and Clarke, surely Mitchell Johnson should have been promoted after his last 12 months in comparison to Hussey's...
