Just out of interest...who makes the cards and are they NBA licenced??

The cards are made by Mattel the makers of UNO and I believe they are liscensed by the NBA.

Uno is made by Mattel if im not mistaken? and they would have to be NBA licenesed to show them in NBA uniform...

How many cards to a set? Any "special" cards?

They're made by Mattel so I believe they would be licensed by the NBA. There's two different playing card sets you can get they have the Eastern and Western conference sets sold seperetly. There isn't any inserts or special cards.
