The buy-backs are cards inserted by UD in the Fleer packs (one per box), which were supposed (or claimed and misinterpreted by the many) to be originals from the 86-87 Fleer set. Now they seem to be original cards from any old (preferably cheap) Fleer set. Another sore point is that they are unmarked (ie. identical to) cards from the original releases (ie. on the most part, are worthless). I believe they are packed in their own wrapper (kind of like the UD Blacks?) within the larger Fleer pack.
