it was definately fake scotty, just in case you dunno what happened, to clarify- he used other peoples scans from their own ebay auctions. He couldn't have owned the cards, because the auctions were taking place and had time remaining. He also used the same serial #'s on the cards as were the cards in the auction, and obviously a card #ed 14/100 is only one, there aren't two versions of a #ed 14/100 card.

I think some of you guys are pretty harsh. What this guy did was not cool, but heck, it's no big deal. I feel sorry for the guy.

I'm not suggesting that he be unbanned or whatever. I just think some of ya'll need think a little before judging others so harshly. I would bet that each and every person on this forum has at some point in their lives exaggerated/lied about something in order to get more kudos/attention/recognition, whether it be trading cards, sporting achievements, income, education, status, friends whatever.

I hate this pack mentality shit. It's one thing to have a dig at someone/have some banter, but this is like serious condemnation of an obviously insecure guy.

I sincerely hope that if I do something stupid (likely) ya'll give me the benefit of the doubt.

Well JJ it was said before that fake box breaks wont be tolerated. That simple. The guys were quite tame this time i thought. He had a chance to answer the Admin's and he didn't.

Its only one month for now and he has a chance to redeem himself so its no big deal at all.
