2004 Authentic - Does anyone else think this is odd

I was looking through some inserts of this set and noticed that the predictor card (eg Storm PC6) has it's corresponding redeemed card (unsigned captain Kearney CP4) with a different number. You would assume that because there is 1 per team that they would ALL have the same number (eg predictor and redeemed card). I noticed this for the Panthers one too.
ARE EVERYONE'S LIKE THIS???

can't give you answer to that but that is very weird. ill go check the checklists now.

The checklist doesn't have the Captain cards on it
