2003 XL Jersey Question.

I never really took much notice of these and have only seen a few. The question I have is are there any mixed colour jersey swatches or are they all just plain colour? Of the ones I have seen they have been Blue for Ricketson, White for Price and Maroon for Lockyer. If they are only one colour, has select ever given a reason why?

I've seen Lockyer ones with part of the sponsor in there, so maroon and blue.

They are a mix of colours. I guess its just down to how the jersey was cut up.

The multi coloured are obviously more sought after and attract more $$$, but in the first instance I would have thought the team colours should be represented. I've got the Price card which is just white, but I'd love to get hold of a blue & white - never seen one but.

My Lockyer one is just Maroon, I've seen ones on ebay with two tones though.

these cards are great. The best jersey cards in the world.

The back actually states the game the jersey was worn in. Not like the current jersey cards that are not games used.

Even teh american cards are usually just worn for 5seconds and never tell u what game they were used in.

Yeah the 2003 jersey cards are awesome. My Lockyer Jersy card is still the pride of my collection.

That tri colour Lockyer is seriouly impressive, well done. I have only ever seen about 3 or four of those unsigned multicolours. Yet to see or hear of a multi colour signed. Hope they exist. The blue patch for Steve Price signed card is certainly a holy grail in collecting, discussed on these boards earlier. I have heard rumours there are only two, another few sources,five and one person three. At least One member here has one. My feelings, are enjoy any one of them as the up comming ESP release will only improve their attraction and worth. They are the first jersey/game worn collector cards released. Good luck

Hey Guys
Have just come across this website so slowly reading all the backs posts etc.
My Lockyer Unsigned and Signed are both plain Maroon
Price Unsigned is plain White but the Ricketson Unsigned I have is Blue with a White stripe through it,
