2001 Mark Ricciuto Captain Signature

Does anyone have any leads or info on where I can grab one of these?

I am aware Wangy is selling one on eBay but the price is way too much and I have seen them around with better signatures. Don't get me wrong, happy to pay good dollar but not $1700
