2 packets of Chips

It is unusual for me to post footykicker breaks on here but i have chosen to as the packets were bonused. Me and my brother bought one each, for the first time in a while, we got:

2 footykickers in the same wrapper is very unusual lol

yeah there was two packets joined together and 2 cards in each which is very strange, because the put 1 in a normal packet and 3 in a multipack, how could they put two in a plastic wrapper 2 times?
