myself and matm had organised 2 trades a day apart, and Mat sent both in 1 package, so i went to leave feedback for both and when leaving the 2nd got this message

There is a one hour time limit between rerating the same person twice. This stops accidental duplications.

Looks like a bug in the system regarding the times. Give it a go now and you should be ok.
