08-09 Is one per box, 97-98 must be one per 3 boxes or more, there is 100 of the 97-98's but 50 of 08-09, I think they will compare eventually and people are starting to hoard them.
I haven't seen what a box of 97-98 costs these days but I'd say by 2022 there will be 0 boxes of 08-09 available cause they are hard enough to find now!
