I have been shying away from boxes for the last 6 or so months. I find that most of what I buy is rubbish and not worth the effort. I would even go as far as saying that blaster boxes are more fun.
I find this product rather ehhhhh, not because of the pulls per say, but because of the general "I am over plain looking cards".
For the buck, which I feel was worth a shot at a Michael, it was more then worth it. However at the end, I know I bought the boxes to help HSV006 in his quest for his set!
Lets have a little looksy at what we pulled.
Again with this UGLY series. How boring can they get giving us what I feel is a sub set that NO ONE cares about.
Now these are a bit more sexier, however again, why? Does anyone care about the exploitation of HS players? Good lord!
Now, this subset isnt even numbered, looks like the wood came out of a bowling alley, not a GYM, and who cares, if its not autographed or numbered? Is it worth even packaging? With the 300,000 cards they have produced with this wood, it would be enough to fill 5 gyms. I want to see the original picture of the floor.
WHO? Not even numbered over produced CRAP!
Again, WHO? Well at least its numbered to /25 But on my radar, I have no clue who this bloke is....
Now, this is a bit interesting as I can remember him playing. However, why waist everyone's time producing such a mehhh player on an over produced letter? Book: $12.00 LOL
Well, this is a bit better.
And last and well, least......
Glen Rice is always a nice addition to the collection. I loved him when playing and even though he is not one of the SEXier cards you would pull, its is not as bad as it could be. Nicest looking cards out of the whole set. Might even start chasing this one....
Well, there you go. Nothing to write home about and nothing to really cry over. I have had worst busts on more expensive products so its par for the course. You win some, you lose some.
