1998/99 TOPPS SERIES 2 - How much would you pay poll

Hey guys i am lil stumped on what to offer this chap on ebay for a 24ct hobby box of these i am guessing they are the topps finest cause it says there is possible east & west refractors... The Wrapping is slightly torn but it is still sealed ;-/
Any thoughts on how much these retail for would be appreciated.
I have opened up a poll which will make up my mind on what to offer...

Not sure what they got for, but they aren't Finest. Normal Topps had REF's too

I usually buy upperdeck or panini i aint ever brought topps so i was thinking they where the finest lucky i did not go straight out and grab the box...
Is there any decent hits in the 98-99 topps??

lmao @ Ersk i think i have kinda made up my mind and not bothering about buying this box not even worth the postage IMO ...
Anyways thanx guys for your help it saved me the $30 the guy on ebay wanted + i should mention the $13 postage... = $43 & that = very overpriced
Hehehehe i been out of this game for to long i think..
And on the flipside i busted my 1st box that i have busted in 10 years it was only a 09-10 upperdeck hobby box 18cpp and 24ppb.. No auto's but a fair few inserts but all in all bloody wrapped in cracking open my first box in donks... ..
