1997 ARL Footy Fun Packs - Dynamic

I was wondering if anyone knew any production details about the 1997 Dynamic ARL Fatty's Fun Pack series.

Specifically, how did they arrive at 6 players per team when they used to do 18 (albeit across 2 Series) and why was Jason Taylor, arguably one of the biggest 'stars' of the ARL comp and for North Sydney not given a card (ok…he had a POG, but no common card, or at least a pop out)?

probably because it was Fatty's fun packs, and Manly hated north sydney .
