1996 SPx Penny Auto

Hey guys...

Got this in....pretty nice on-card auto of the one time HOF cert!...injuries robbed him i tells ya!

Anyhow...cant find it listed in beckett?....any ideas? 1996 Spx #34....theres all the other versions listed - base, gold etc...but not auto version?

First release of SPx in 96 was very cool....first set with a design that set it apart from the rest. Has been a favourite ever since.

i dont think ive ever heard the /500 print production on the penny autos there (1996 SPx #34, or under beckett are catalogued as being #NNO). i know the Tribute are numbered to /300, but yeh i didnt think the other regular #34 card was also limited in production. really like the condition of your penny too mate, nice clean auto on there. and speakin of the /300 Tribute SPx penny, thats all u need now to have a very nice pair of 96 SPx pennys. and yeh i agree with ya that they are one of the nicest ever designed "base" sets.
