1996 Futera Elite - What's the Story ....

Just did an inventory of my Futera Elite set. Seems like I'm missing just one card from the base set (#29 - Stuart Law), but on the plus side I seem to have somehow obtained 3 insert cards, which I guess is not a bad thing to have.

Now for the puzzling bit. In addition to this, I have 3 x uncut sheets of inserts TS1 - TS4. No idea what the story is with these. Thought someone here might know?
