i had my eye on this for a while but was out bided by a long way(didnt think it go so high) just wondering if it was picked up by an OCT member or not i hope someone on here won it because it was talked about not long ago on here in a post and extremely RARE to come accross one

hi
was glad i noticed this
i used to collect footy cards when i was younger and turned to basketball in my teens but i actually have this set and in the folder, dont have any of those inserts though.
is it worth selling? that ebay price is pretty good but without the inserts/auto's doubt id get that much.
i do have an in person auto of knights Mark Sargent and Matty Johns from 96 i think it was, as i live in newcastle got em at the game.
if you could help me out with some knowledge that would be great as im strictly basketball now

I think 300 dollars is a little over the top, got my set from a sealed box I opened and bought the album (with another base set) for 30 dollars. Sold the spare base set for 10 dollars and now it sits on my shelf.

At that price one would think the same guy that picked up the 2001 folder !!!!! recently.. I'm sure previous one on ebay went way lower.

Last time this set was listed it went for a bit more from the seller Hi Voltage who as most of us know has some great stuff. Here's the previous thread on this subject

I'm spewing now I passed up a folder last year for $50. In hind sight I prioritised and bought 2000-1 folders instead

I had that full set back in 1994. The folder is great. Wish I had not sold it a long time ago along with a few others. Probably not worth over $300 but it is a very nice folder.

i am also looking for this album in particular, does anyone know where one is available.
missed the last few on the bay. cant believe the exorbidant pricing on these sets. have the set all i need is the folder.

damn! ive got this exact same set...base, captains choice and folder...i sold 3 folders a few months back...didnt know where was a big demand for nrl folders...we ALWAYS brought the folders to go with our sets....ill have to go and dig it out and list it!
