Hey guys. New to the forum. I recently purchased a 100 pack of unopened 1992-3 Topps NBA Cards from a second hand market for $5. I'm fairly confident that they would be worth more than this but was after an educated opinion! I've attached images to give a better idea of what you're looking at. The box shows 8 cards which are Shaq draft pick, Patrick Ewing, Karl Malone, David Robinson, Billy Owens, Shawn Kemp, Harold Miner draft pick and Olden Polynice with gold writing (?). If anyone could give me some info or even a rough estimate it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :woot:

Honestly, packs are hard to get something decent, better of putting a little more $ in and get a box. Identify your budget and then what do you want out of a box? Ie, putting a base set together with a box that has 24 packs+ in a box or the other end of the spectrum with something that has 5 cards, but a better chance of pulling something unique.

Yeah it all depends on what you want to achieve. A simple, basic and cheap base set, or if you want to hit the mojo to flip for a better return.

I stopped buying cards/boxes years ago hoping for the better returns, these days I'm just trying to complete some sets, etc.

Yeah I just like having a good foundation base sets behind me but now I'm going to get into insert sets
