1984-85 michael jordan rookie boy scouts interlake card

hasn't arrived yet, as i just bid for it on the bay, but i couldn't contain my excitement. many of you may know i prefer collecting the older Jordan cards and this is a beauty.

these cards were produced by star for the boy scouts of america in 1984

okay it is not in the best condition, crease through the middle, but at $22.00 with a bonus Orlando wool ridge from the same set, and considering they a rarer than an appearance from Eddie McGuire at your birthday party i had to nab it.

i am thinking of getting it graded, even if it get's a beckett 5 or 6, i think it doesn't matter considering the others on the bay start @ $500 for a beckett 8.

woolridge may get a 9.

oh yeah, i took a risk as the guy didnt ship overseas, and then i gave him a sob story and he decided to ship it. only $7.00 for postage. so around $30.00 all up.

Nice pickup, but with a crease like that down the middle you'd be lucky to get a 1 or 2 if you get it graded.

Those who have been around may remember this one of Chads cards that got folded by BGS



And that's a 2.5 and I don't think the fold in the card is quite as bad as your card.

As I said though, nice pickup and hope you get a chance to upgrade it in the future.
