I believe there is more to that listing than meets the eye! I have even messaged the buyer and asked 'WHY" but i doubt i will get an answer!
I know if i listed my WA checklist(VGC) at $9.99 i would be lucky to get that, so it seems unusual to say the least!

Has quite a few bid retractions but looking through his feedback does not seem like the type to be paying massive overs for things. Seems a little fishy to me - those cards are not hard to get.
