1975 Scanlens

Interested to hear from collectors out there who have cards to swap from the 1975 Scanlens series, i require 4 brownbacked cards to complete that set and 12 whitebacked cards to complete that one, i can do a direct swap for half of these and have other trades as well.

g'day mischa,
don't know why we've taken so long to find this site, as described in my intro there are 4 brownback cards to complete the brownback set and 12 whitebacks to complete that set, here goes - brownback set 29 John Vincent, 101 Johnny Mayes, 113 Roy Ferguson & 117 Terry Randall, have direct swaps for 29 & 117.
For the whiteback set i neeed - 4 Bobby Grant, 12 Phil Lowe, 21 John Peek, 31 Bob McCarthy, 53 Russell Fairfax, 57 Bill Hamilton, 59 Frank Ragen, 81 Neil Pringle, 90 John Dorahy, 91 Barry Reilly, 99 Mal McLachlan & 104 Russell Mullins, have direct swaps for 4, 59, 91, 99 & 104 plus also swaps for any other cards required, i am concentrating on just completing the sets at the moment and will get onto replacing cards later.

I've only got 21 white back John Peek. Good condition with a bit of corner rounding and edge discolouration as you'd expect. Light creasing also but quite a good card overall. I can put it aside for you until we have more to trade. What other years you chasing at the moment?

hey mischa,
no formal list, just pretty disorganised as i'm the last of the great procrastinators, have had a look at my 1976 set and have these as swaps, as they are 33 years old they are not mint but still in pretty good nick, there will be a * next to any that i regard as being poor - 8, 14*, 16, 22, 29, 31, 44, 48, 54*, 73, 85, 91, 95, 96*, 104*, 111, 115, 118 & 130.
59 from 1975 is Frank Ragen and has slightly rounded corners if that's OK.
From 1976 do you have the following - 7, 34, 35, 49, 52, 61, 81, 82, 84, 100, 107 116, 123 & 125, let me know how you get on................cheers Leigh H.

The 75 is fine
From 76 I have 35,52,61,107,116.
116 clean card slight corner dings only
52,107 slightly rounded corners and very light creasing that doesn't interrupt the surface but mostly seen when held up to the light
61 slightly rounded corners and a large crease across the middle
35 slightly rounded corners and pen marks either side of Roosters at the top
Let me know which of those you like then we'll move on. Mischa
