Done well for loose boxes. It is possible that DAC empty out all their loose boxes out of the cases an just grab them as they need, so it could have been from different cases even...

They don't 'empty' them out per se, but if they only had 4 loose boxes, they just crack another case to get the other 6.

They won't give you 10 boxes from a fresh case when there is 4 from an open case...unless you specifically request it. (even then who knows if that's what you will get)
