14-15 NT Replacement Autos Set?????

Does anyone one here know anything about the 14-15 National Treasures Replacement Autos set?

I've seen 2 Julius Randles /10 on the Bay but they are not marked as NTs and it took a fair scour of COMC to actually find the set. Apart from being a SP is there anything else special about them? The sticker auto is almost turning me off but I'm curious just for the uniqueness

One guy has 2 Randles on the Bay sequentially numbered 4 & 5/10

Yeah Billy looks odd, I'm wondering if its a product that was at the Nationals as a replacement auto

Can anyone please tell me how redemption replacements work and how I go about it?
I have a few redemptions I redeemed years ago and do not no how to go about the process.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks guys.

They look to be out of the promo packs. Maybe mistitled or perhaps a promo pack given with an NT group break or purchase at the national? They have done that before
