Had to chase this one. Lodged the request and it sat unmoved for a month, despite knowing full well these cards exist. One email to the Panini CSM and it was in the mail.

Though I've contemplated chasing the NHL Ink set, just nice looking cards with great on card autos. Be a change from collecting the same 5 five Canucks (Sedin, Sedin, Luongo, Burrows, Kesler) they seem to put in every release.
