Dont stress to much buddy! Ive emailed them regarding a faulty binder and they replaced it no worries and sent two packs to compensate with postage, and i recall another guy on here who had to complain to them about the hit ratio being way off and he was also compensated. So you should get looked after. As long as you didnt get to hot headed in the email to them
