1 Case 12/13 Elite Basketball - One of the saddest ever

been awhile since our multi-case TC and Prizm break
we did 2 cases of Limited and din pull anything back
got a good price on Elite and believing the golds here are sleepers, lets try for a Irving gold
the case was pretty harsh, and panini, i had a problem differentiating this from Threads. In fact, threads seemed to give me more value?
US$120 a box is a joke. For US$1440 a case, it should at least have a veteran (kobe, durant etc) auto and a top rookie auto per case. 2-3 patches..etc
In this case, best auto i pulled was A. Davis (on-card)
i did also pull a Ray Allen (Heat) auto redemption which might sell well?
the multiples i pulled were again very annoying, no, not 2 x A Davis, but i pulled 2 x Shannon Browns and also 2 x Austin Rivers
From Ebay, the base rookies are selling pretty well, /599. in are quite tough to pull (with irving prizms selling around $15 a piece now, i believe the elite ones deserve a $50 price tag or more. they are numbered and much harder to pull
pulled 2 knights, 2 shumperts and 2 harrison barnes. rest were thrash
Gold Rcs are /24 and seem to fall 1 per case. Gold base /24 are like 2 per case
I pulled bernard james for my RC, Boozer and Stuckey for veterans

Tough break mate. I agree with you, $120 price tag seems pretty rich. I can't see any reason why it should be more expensive than Prestige or Threads and given time, I think the price will drop significantly.
