08/09 Hot Prospects Rookie Auto Patch Set Chase! **UPDATE 17 APRIL!

The title says it all - I've been waiting to scan these baby's up for a while!

I started this set chase about a month or so ago, maybe more and so far I've picked up 14/32 - a pretty good effort considering some were costly.

Anyway since this is my first proper set chase which I plan to complete, I'm aiming at only picking up cards with really nice patches and no sloppy signatures. So while there is no rush, the cards have to be really nice, so that they will be awesome when finally completed.

If anyone wanted to know the last set I tried to complete was the 04/05 Pristine Rookie Refractors #ed /599 set and I ended up getting all the big guns (Dwight, Okafor, Gordon) but couldn't chase down the low names like Jackson Vroman wtf! The highest BV card was Okafor at $40.

Thats the plan! But for some reason, their prices have hit the roof lately! Especially Augustin, Rose and Thompson! Hickson was another hard one to find!

Yeah Brandon Rush's have gone up heaps too. A month or two ago you could pick up a 3 colour for less than $15 US. The last one I had a bidding war on went to $30+ and I still lost!

Yeah I'm eager to pick up a nice D.J. and Hickson's just been hibernating..

I won an Augustin but the guy's paypal was playing up and he refunded my money. It was way cheaper than the one with the BIN on ebay, i can send you his ebay name if you want to see if he still has it?

Very nice set to collect, those that you've acquired so far are awesome.

Good luck with the Big 3, I think Mayo is gonna really hard to get a nice patch and full clean Auto, had to wait ages to find mine.

And with the Rose this is highest I've seen and ended a couple of days ago
