07/08 Topps Letterman...thoughts?

Hey im thinking of buying a box of the 07/08 topps letterman....never busted one of these before so thats the main reason!!

personally im willing to spend about $200 to get a box of some sort (guess that rules out the Exquisite!!)....im open to any suggestions..

ps - whats the retail on topps letterman...they are roughly 200 arent they? not cheap for 3 mini boxes with 4 cards in each!!

pps - i will do the live box break on here for everyone!

They a only good for the authentic 1/1 game-used letterman card's and tagmen. The rest a all junk.

I personally don't like topps letterman the only good cards as said by "jordan23" are the 1/1s that are game used, the other ones are just manufactured. Save your money and buy Ultimate or SPX.

Too much manufactured crap in these. Amazingly they did put a couple of Game Used 1/1s in their, but the rest is as good as base IMO (as manufactured is the same a normal manufactured piece of cardboard card).

Save your money and bust something like SPGU, Perhaps Ultimate.

I'd say go for spgu, nice autos and every pack has a "hit"!

i agree with the others and personally i dont like the manufactured patches, i would prefer game used. i would go with SPGU

Theres a few people on this site that should be able to source a box of SPGUs, i buy from westriot since hes located in sydney, and is top notch for delivery times and communication
