Heard the average is 1 rookie auto per box, is that true?

What do you guys reckon?

2 autos a box is what i got when i busted 2 of them.... normally a player and a rookie so getting 2 rookies nothing wrong with that at all...

Got it off ebay. Oh man. Now I know why some of you guys are so into box breaking. I rushed to the post office first thing this morning and got stuck into it right away. But it is an expensive exercise though #-o .

It is my first box break as I am usually a loose card collector.
Will probably hang on to the Deron one for a while.
